 This is not a cruise or luxury charter. Sailing Salty Adventures offers a hands-on sailing lifestyle experience. Guests actively participate in daily onboard life while learning real offshore sailing and living aboard a sailing yacht. 

• All participants must be 18 years or older.
   
• Guests must join as a couple or family.
   
• Solo guests are accepted only by prior agreement and subject to availability.

 Yes. The yacht is skippered and crewed by experienced sailors.
However, this is a shared living experience, not a serviced charter. 

• Accommodation in a private cabin with en-suite bathroom & use shared areas
   
•  Professional Skipper, first mate and onboard guidance
   
• Sailing experience and knowledge sharing

•  Yacht insurance 

• Bed linen, towels & beach towels
   
• Wi-Fi
   
• Water sports equipment
   
• Initial & final cleaning

The charter fee does not include:

• Fuel  (refilled at end of charter, like car rental)
   
• Marina, port & mooring fees
   
• Groceries and provisions
   
• Transportation to and from the yacht (including flights)
   
• Personal expenses on shore

•  Chef or dishwashing services (shared onboard responsibility)
   

These costs are shared or paid individually during the trip.

No prior sailing experience is required.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged. Guests who wish can actively learn:

• Sailing basics
   
• Watchkeeping
   
• Route planning
   
• Boat handling and seamanship

Yes. This is a learning-by-living experience.
All guests are expected to participate in:

• Grocery shopping
   
• Cooking
   
• Cleaning and dishwashing
   
• General onboard duties

 Most legs are planned as weekly programs (7 days).
Longer stays (2 weeks or more) may be available upon request. 

Routes and ports vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Planned routes are published in our Calendar, but exact boarding and disembarkation ports are confirmed closer to the date.

 Yes. Sailing routes are always weather-dependent.
Safety is our top priority, and routes may change accordingly. 

 Cabin charter capacity is intentionally limited to ensure comfort and safety.
The yacht has two double cabins, and guest numbers are kept small. 

 A detailed Packing List will be provided after booking confirmation.
In general, pack light and practical — sailing-friendly clothing is recommended. 

Yes. The yacht is fully equipped with:

• Modern navigation and safety equipment
   
• Radar, AIS, chartplotters
   
• Satellite communication (Starlink, Iridium, Garmin inReach)
   
• All required safety gear

 During hurricane or cyclone seasons, the yacht will be kept outside affected regions, safely secured in marinas or on land under supervision.
